For full submersion (e.g., dropping the bag in water), we'd recommend any backpack with a sealed dry-bag liner. For daily commutes, bad weather walks, and unpredictable city life — the Oxford™ handles it all.

This design choice lets us avoid built-in batteries (which fail over time, can't fly internationally, and add weight) while giving you the same convenience.

Daily: Wipe down with a damp cloth. The waterproof shell sheds dirt easily — no special products needed.
Deep clean: Hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Air dry away from direct heat or sunlight.
Avoid: Machine washing, tumble drying, bleach, harsh solvents, and prolonged heat (radiators, car dashboards in summer).
If your bag arrives with a manufacturing defect — broken zipper, faulty buckle, stitching issues, or damage from shipping — email a photo and your order number to info@thebaglabz.com within 30 days of delivery.
